What we collect

Email address — for sign-in via magic link.
PR profile data: residence dates, nationality, employment factors, donations, community-service hours, calculated scores.

Why we collect it

To compute your PR score and persist your profile across sessions and devices. Nothing else.

Lawful basis

Consent. You choose to enter the data and you can erase it at any time from the tool footer.

Retention

36 months from your last login. After that the retention sweep deletes your profile and all annual entries automatically.

Your rights

Right of access — request a copy by email.
Right of erasure — click “Delete my PR profile” in the tool footer for an immediate hard delete.

What we DON'T do

Share your data with Cayman Immigration, WORC, or any third party.
Log PII (no email or token-hash prefixes in our server logs).
Run third-party analytics on the auth-gated calculator tool.
